Um, yeah, hi.

Okay.

I know.

I know

But, you know, hi. Long time no see.

Or, you know, read.

A lot has been going on, but I haven’t forgotten you guys, I swear.

It’s just that when I started this diary, I would go to work every morning and write in the diary before my chronically late boss arrived. I had a routine, and it worked for me. Now, writing in this diary requires a little more effort. At work, I really had nothing better to do. At home, I feel like there are other things I should be doing.

Most of the hours I work each week are spent enjoying the fruits of my career goals come true, while I make up the difference with some office work. Since I have limited office hours, I fill them with actual work.

What is the career goal come true?

Oh, I am so glad that you asked. I know it’s been a while, so you may not remember my plans to teach yoga to children.

I am doing so nearly full time now, and they absolutely love it. So far, I have covered the ages of 3-10, and in the fall will have newborns through high school seniors.

I have a million stories, but I wouldn’t even know where to begin.

So, I’m just going to leave you with a little something I jotted down on my idyllic honeymoon in Maui. Oh, actually, this thing was from our stay on the offshore island of Molokai, where we enjoyed perfect honeymoon privacy.

“Have you ever had your lover gather coconuts, break them open on a rock, mix pina coladas right in the shell and then drink them from your bellybutton as you sunbathe nude on a private green lawn fronting an equally secluded stretch of ocean? Because I highly recommend it. Oh, and then you should have sex.”

See, I was thinking of you guys.

I promise to get back to you soon.

Much Love,

Miss-Edith
